Marvel Reinforcement For Deadpool 3: Ryan Reynolds reveals new animal addition in first image

Forget Hugh Jackman’s Wolverine: the most important and best new addition to “Deadpool 3” has just been revealed by Ryan Reynolds in a picture! And he rocks big time!

Thank goodness, the labor dispute by the powerful Screen Actors Guild-American Federation of Television and Radio Artists (SAG-AFTRA) union is over! The Alliance of Motion Picture and Television Producers (AMPTP) was able to make an offer on behalf of the Hollywood studios and streaming services that meets SAG-AFTRA’s demands.

This means that work on the first productions can resume immediately. The projects with the highest priority include “Beetlejuice 2” and the Marvel production “Deadpool 3”. The mercenary with the big mouth was originally due to celebrate his big premiere in the Marvel Cinematic Universe (MCU) on May 1, 2024. However, this date was canceled without replacement, as it was not yet clear how long the actors’ strike would last. According to information, the current state of production will not allow the movie to be released in mid-2024 even if filming resumes immediately. Instead, “Captain America: Brave New World” may be brought forward.

What the end of the SAG-AFTRA labor dispute also means – and this is currently far more important than any cinema release: Hollywood superstars are finally allowed to speak personally about their film and series productions again and do PR work for their studios. And this is exactly what Ryan Reynolds, who is already extremely media-savvy, used to unveil a very special new addition for “Deadpool 3”. At the same time, he has raised hopes of an earlier cinema release than recently expected:

“Did Dogpool save the day? Not a chance in Goblin Hell. But it’s already giving Disney’s plush merchandising department nightmares. Coming with the movie, summer 2024.”

It is at least conceivable that “Deadpool 3” and “Captain America: Brave New World” could swap release dates. The latter would have its original start date again and Shawn Levy (“Free Guy”) would have a little more time to complete “Deadpool 3” without losing the valuable summer period. And while you’re at it, take another look at the announcement teaser for “Deadpool 3” in the video, for old times’ sake.

Deadpool 3: Who the hell is Dogpool?

A damn good question, isn’t it? At least for all those who have nothing to do with the comics and focus purely on the cinematic MCU. But don’t worry, Dogpool is not a half-baked attempt by Marvel Studios president Kevin Feige to tap into a new audience. In fact, this cute little animal is a legitimate member of the Deadpool Corps from the comics. Admittedly, the comic book Dogpool looks a little scarier and not quite as unsightly as the big screen version, but it can’t help its looks either. Just like his other Deadpool versions, Dogpool can heal himself. Within the Deadpool Corps, he is closest to Kidpool (!), another strange character.

Fans can definitely look forward to seeing what the movie Dogpool is capable of other than looking weird. Plus, his confirmation is another hint at a potential road trip across the multiverse.

And you thought Hugh Jackman’s return as Wolverine and the countless other rumors of a reunion with Ben Affleck’s Daredevil, Nicolas Cage’s Ghost Rider and Channing Tatum’s Gambit, who was never allowed to see the light of day, were already crazy. If you’ve now lost your heart to Dogpool, you can follow her on Instagram. You can also stream the first two “Deadpool” films via Disney+.
